"Devil's Tower", God's Creation

Here we are at Devil's Tower, an amazing rock formation just as we crossed into Wyoming. It is a National Monument. 
Today's Travel: Spearfish SD to Billings MT= 330 miles
TRIP TOTAL= 2,467 miles

One of our first views of Devi's Tower. You can see it from miles away, just standing up out of the landscape. As I have said before, pictures don't do it justice.

Our trip today was from Spearfish, SD (near Mt. Rushmore) to Billings, MT. It was a relatively short drive (330 miles) so we had time to stop at Devil's Tower.
Tomorrow we will reach our farthest point west and north: Glacier Park MT.
